I have associated Honey Baked Ham, heretofore referred to as HBH, with thanksgiving since I was 12 and growing up in Fresno. Cut to 34 years later, and I am ever thankful that HBH still exists and with that same beautiful crisp of honey shell atop a gorgeous sliced ham. I decided to skip the line that goes around the block this year by picking up my order the week before the holiday and it was WORTH it. I got in, waited in a truncated line and even ordered a sandwich to go. All the workers/ham-dealers behind the counter were all so helpful!! Thank you so much, Team Pasadena!!! You've made this gal very happy and set me and the family up for the holidays

I went to Honeybaked last Saturday to buy a ham hock to place in my crockpot of pinto beans. I was in luck. Today they had a special buy one hock get one free. My hocks cost me $20.45. Damn what a deal! Both had the complete bone and about 3 1/2 lbs of meat each! They have remodeled since my last visit. Their staff has always been friendly. During the holidays I never am one of the people in the long lines. I alway buy my ham early and freeze it in my storage freezer. Their smoked turkey is great as well. I made some great sandwiches last year.

Hopped into a ham-tastic surprise in Pasadena! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick bite, waiting for our furry bunny to finish up at the nearby vet. We stumbled upon the Honey Baked Ham Company on Sierra Madre. Now, let me tell you, I thought I knew ham sandwiches. I thought I'd seen it all in the world of sandwichology but boy, was I wrong! The Honey Baked Ham sandwich is nothing short of a masterpiece. A thick slice of ham with fresh veggies and Champagne honey dijon mustard in between two fluffy slices of bread. It looks simple but it was made perfect - I think the secret tie was the Dijon mustard to be honest. It was pure perfection, I swear! Their staff was as inviting and superb as the sandwich itself. Since it was our first time here, they explained the menu to us and were able to guide us through how to order and get the best value for our meal. This sandwich came with a side of chips and a drink, too. So, if you find yourself looking for the best ham sandwich that will delightfully surprise you, go to Honey Baked Ham Company on Sierra Madre. It's the kind of ham sandwich that can change your life. In fact, I'm already planning my next visit - and my bunny's vet appointments might just have to coincide with lunchtime here from now on!

First time stopping by, the inside is very clean. Though the displays are a little awkward, some are empty. Seems like they were not sure what to do with some of the shelf space available, but wanted to keep it available? I got the honeybaked sandwich and the turkey/cheese sliders. Good combinations put together so that its not just a sweet sandwich. The sandwiches were good, though if I was craving a sandwich, I think the price would stop me from coming back for lunches (each sandwich was $9.99). The sanswiches also do take some time to assemble

CLEANNESS/PARKING - clean, no trash left behind, taking into mind/consideration how busy they get during thanksgiving week, parking lot is shared next door offices, no fee on parking, extremely difficult to park their, recommend parking residential/across the street, it'll consist of a walk CONTACTLESS PAYMENT - no contactless payment accepted, inconvenient APPOINTMENTS/WAIT TIME - no reservations, you can go online and reserve or purchase, first come first serve basis, lines move pretty quickly at cash registers depending on hours/days, the line for your order is well known of, it can get really long CUSTOMER SERVICE/ASSISTANCE - no bad experiences, customer service/employees have been friendly AMENITIES/FOOD - very famous thanksgiving feast, turkey, ham, sides, all of it, so good, cranberry sauce is soo yummy, cheesy potatoes, gravy, all of it, main reason I tolerate the long line you need to wait for in my reviews each star is given when they meet all my top necessities overall, the quality of the food especially for Thanksgiving, is so delicious, keeps my family coming back for this yearly tradition, only reason i'll tolerate that long line, will add for the curbside pick up, it was a bit hidden, on the northeast corner of sierra madre and san pasqual, this Thanksgiving only unfortunately found a fly/mosquito right on top of frosting of carrot cake
